Free shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the countries available at checkout.

Processing time Because each item is personalized to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery time After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking may take a few days to update after shipping.

Customs and import duties For orders shipped outside the country of dispatch, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
